Phonerescue doesn't recognize my iphone

Recommended Posts

I just downloaded IphoneRescue on my Mac 10.8 but when connected with my iphone 7 it doesn't recognize it and keep asking to connect the device. My computer regularly recognizes the phone.

What should I do? I need to urgently recover some deleted photos from the iphone.

Thank you in advance for your reply,
