RE: AnyTrans

Hello,

So, just a few weeks ago, I purchased the AnyTrans for iPhone software from the official website. I received my activation/product/license code via email, installed the software, input my code to unlock the full version, and everything worked fine 100%, not a single problem…

Well, today i opened the software, and was forced to download and install an update, which i did. The updated then required restarting the software, which I did of course. Then, immediately upon reopening the program, i received a prompt saying my ‘activation/product code has been locked” and to contact support. I tried putting in my code again and now its telling me that my license is ‘not authentic’, even though i purchased the license code from the official site… I attempted to reinstall the software and put in my code again but received the same results.

I’ve contacted support but it’s taking quit some time. I can provide my receipt of purchase as well as my license key. I would just like to use the software that I purchased, legitimately might I add.

Any tips would be appreciated, thank you in advance!
