While transfering my WhatsApp data from my Samsung Galaxy S9 (Andriod 10 – latest update) to my IPhone 11 Pro iOS 14.4 your application AnyTrans can not complete the process. The operation always ends with “failed” at the state “preparing app data” at 56%. See pictures
My AnyTrans build is 8.8.1.20210203 – newest version
I already send a ticket a few days ago but did not get any response. Hope that you can help me, I urgently want to switch the phones. Thanks
