ive purchased phonetrans and i tried to transfer data from android to ios…

it didnt work and by mistake i bought two times the product.

for the last month im trying to get a refund but noone replies to me

the best thing ever?? yestarday me and my girlfriend, got charged another 37 euro / each because we had monthly subscription without of course had no idea about it.

we are sooo unhappy and frustrated with this.

so my question: has anyone tried to get money back??

any help would be appreciate…
