I would like a full refund for my $59.99 purchase of PhoneRescue for iOS (Mac) LifeTime Use. After making the online purchase, I received the email with the activation code and tried to register using that code. But each time the process failed due to the order information being invalid (error code 6). I entered my email address and activation code correctly each time. I opened a support ticket but got no response after 2 days. I haven’t been able to use the product at all.
