Some customer encounter the same issue with you if they download iTunes from Microsoft Store. This issue is caused for the third party software isn’t compatible with iTunes from Microsoft Store instead of Apple. Thus, AnyTrans is unable to detect your iPhone. Would you please kindly check for that? It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind cooperation. To solve this issue, would you please refer to the detailed instructions:

Then reinstall it with the following download link of iTunes:
